I'm 21 and my period is due mid next week. I had protected sex last week and on Monday. SO says that the condoms were fine and that the sperm was in the condom but over the week my breasts have become very tender, the last couple of days i've had problems sleeping, and today i had a headache and nausea in the morning and then I vomited but I feel better now, and my last period was a couple of days late... I'm so worried. Is this just PMS and my mind going into overdrive?

As long as you used condoms and they were used correctly (which seems to be the case) there should be no risk. Your symptoms sound like PMS.
