Bellyache during sex

okay so basically im a late teen and ive lost my virginity recently and ive had sex 3 times with my boyfriend including first time.
all 3 times i have ended up with a bellyache, nothing too bad but its just quite uncomfortable and i find it hard for me to go on top because it feels like a blow to the stomach, not nice.

my main question is just like do you know why this is and is it normal to get bellyaches during early stages or do women who get this tend to have it everytime.

please bear in mind theres physically no way i can have an std or pregnancy and I feel uncomfortable going to a gynocologist and my age so this is why I've reached out to you.
can this be to do with a low cervix and is there anything i can do?

(sorry for the tonnes of questions)

Hi person2257,

Thank you for your question! You should't feel uncomfortable about going to the Gynecologist...it's a perfectly normal thing to do and you will have to do it for the rest of your life. Especially now since you are having sex, you will want to talk to the doctor so you can know all you need to know about the responsibilities of sex.

Is your boyfriend well endowed? You probably don't have anything to compare it to, but he could be hitting your cervix and causing discomfort. Trying other positions will help. His confidence may even be boosted when you tell him he might be on the 'bigger' side of things :-)

Did this help?

Best,

Kristin
