i forgot to take my pill on Thursday and only realised now today Saturday, and today after being sexually active i started bleeding, and my tummy feels as if i have small cramps, is it okay that i missed that pill on Thursday?

Hello,
Its normal to start bleeding after a missed pill because your body has received less hormones. The cramps are from your muscles starting to contracted in order to push out the uterine lining.
You have two options. You can either, keep taking the pills until you finish them. Or you can stop taking them now to have a full period.
If you keep taking them till you finish the package you will keep spotting and cramping until you stop taking them, and then your body will have your full period.
