I have been on birth control for about two months already. Lately i have not been so consistent with my birth control since my mind has been all over the place. I usually take my pills at 11:00pm but lately i havent been taking them exactly at 11 but 1105, or 11:15 or sometimes 11:30 or 11:20, you get the point. Ive been irresponsible and inconsistent with them.
Yesterday, me and my boyfriend had sex and he came inside of me. I am absolutely paranoid and i think i should take Plan B just because i feel like since i been so inconsistent that it would be best. Am i right?

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. As far as taking medications we cannot tell you what you should take. Only your doctor can do that. If you had unprotected intercourse, your chances for a pregnancy to occur are higher.
