Breasts feeling tender when they are touched

Wednesday (April 12th) marks two weeks since I've taken plan b, and a few days ago I noticed my breasts got a little bigger and felt a little tender around the outside, today (April 10th) they still feel that way, it's not that they hurt constantly only when I press against them with my fingers around the outside. There has been times when this has happened a week or two before I start my period, but I am wondering if this is a symptom of plan b or if this is a sign of pregnancy. Thank you in advanced!
