Sperm will not have a long lifespan in the mouth as it has to contend with the enzymes in your saliva. I think you would know if she had ejaculate in her mouth and transferred it to yours. Even so, you would need to put that ejaculate into her and it does not sound like this occurred. For future, try to be more aware of what you are doing during sex play so you need not be fearful after.
