I had incomplete penetration n no ejaculation (I didn't feel and he says he didn't). I have got two periods post that. (One heavy-after 15 days and one little-less after 30 days from first period). I took urine tests which were negative. But I have gained lot of weight.. my breast size also has increased. Can I be pregnant. Please help

Pregnancy is not possible because there was no ejaculation, and little penetration. having regular periods are also a sign that you are not pregnant. You can definitely trust the pregnancy test results.
There are other possible reasons for your weight gain. Since it is not caused by pregnancy, I suggest you consider other the possibilities such as diet/nutrition and exercise habits. If those aren't the cause hormonal imbalances can also be a culprit.
