I have been on the pill for 3 months, and super consistent. Recently after I finished my inactive pills I had unprotected sex, then again a week later, he never ejaculated inside of me, but I have been having back pains, headaches, and my cervix is high. Is there a possibility that I'm pregnant?

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community. I understand how uneasy you must be feeling right now. I'd love to give you some information that will help ease your concerns.
Birth control pills are 99.9% effective. If you have been taking the pills consistently, becoming pregnant has very low probability. Also, pregnancy can only happen when the male ejaculates in the vagina during intercourse. If you still want to be certain you are not pregnant, the easiest way to find out is to take a pregnancy test. You can get one a your local pharmacy, no prescription needed.
Back pain and head aches can occur for a number of reasons not related to pregnancy. If you experience chronic cervix pain however, I recommend that you see your doctor.
I hope this was helpful. Let us know if you have any more questions.
