Hi, Anon.

Thank you for your message.

You had protected sex + your period, so I'm not sure why you would think you were pregnant. So, unless you had unprotected sex since the last time, you are not pregnant. Your period may simply be late. This can happen occasionally.

Hi,

I had protected sex last May and I got my period on June 20. This month I haven't got my period yet. I usually used an app to keep me on track, but it tells me that I'm 5 days late. I am experiencing bloated, swollen breast, white discharge, and acne.

I've been going to the gym since last month 4-5 times a week. Is that may be the reason why my period is late?

Hi,

A sudden change in lifestyle can impact the menstrual cycle, yes.

Will my period arrive soon right? Because of the symptoms I'm having?

Hi,

Our hormones dictate our period. So, I can't say when it will arrive.
