Okay so i was with my boyfriend and we got carried away. I was a little drunk. We got naked and he tried to put his penis inside me but it wasn't wet at all and also my vagina wasn't wet so it didn't go inside me fully, but let's say he just put his tip inside me.

Having drunk sexual activities underage isn't smart. You're doing adult things but you're a minor - you need to keep yourself safe and healthy (and non pregnant!).
Regardless of what you did and regardless of ejaculate or pre-ejaculate (which rarely contains actual semen) you had your period. A period is your sign that you were not even fertile at the time of these activities and your period means you're not pregnant. Don't engage again without a condom. Stay safe!
