Can I get pregnant if pre-ejaculate from mouth slided down until vagina while I was having shower?

My bf wanted me to blowjob him and it was my 1st time. When I tasted the pre-ejaculate, I kept on spitting. After 30mins, I went to have shower. Im scared that the sperm on my moutht went to vagina because I was washing deeply my vagina also so I doubt if an sperm streamed down to my vagina and went deep because I was washing deep. I fear that sperm might be alive in mouth becoz they can live in moist environment.
