I have been on vestura for over a yea but the side effects are awful so my gyno switched me to lo loestrin fe. I am 7 days into my current vestura pack. Can I go ahead and start taking lo loestrin ?

Hi anonymous and thanks for bringing your question to the EmpowHER community.
You do not need to finish the pill pack before switching to a different brand. You can stop taking your pill at any point in the pack. When switching pills to another brand, you should start by taking the first pill in the new pack.
After switching to the new brand you may experience changes in your period, which is normal.
