I had my period on 19 of April and ended on 23 But 2 day to der end of it I had sex and took postinor 2 den a week later a started to take a pill dat I use to take before but for dat pill I took it everyday since we enter may my period hasn't come So would it be dat am pregnant

Being pregnant in this scenario will depend on whether or not you took the Postinor 2 correctly.  If you took it within 24 hours and as instructed then you would not be pregnant.  A normal side effect of emergency contraceptions is a disrupted period.  Since you then took birth control pills a week later, your body is still trying to adjust to the hormones from both kinds of pills.

You also need to make sure you are taking the birth control pills correctly as well.  All these factors will play into a missing or irregular period.  Pregnancy is most likely not the cause, but you can take a pregnancy test if you wish.

I have already explained why your period is irregular.  Even though you are most likely not pregnant according to the events you may take a pregnancy test to know for sure.
