My girlfriend was on my lap grinding on me while I had my underwear and shorts on over my penis and I ejaculated, about 2 minutes later she reached into my underwear and touched my penis and may of gotten sperm on her. You can't get pregnant from dry humping. Your clothing acts as a barrier preventing genital to genital contact. A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside (or rarely) on the opening to her vagina. If you (or she) has fresh ejaculate on your hands, you should still wash them before fingering or touching her genital area, as this is considered risky behavior.
