We made out on 10th of August. And it involved genital rubbing, there was no precm. He ejacuated afterwards but nowhere near my body. After few days I had a brown discharge which lasted for 3 days and I am late for my periods by 10 days. My usual date is 20th . I hope it's just stress and not pregnancy which is causing the delay? Really worried. Please help

Without sexual intercourse, that is penetration of the penis in the vagina and ejaculation of semen, there is little to no chance for becoming pregnant. The chance is increased when the woman is most fertile, which is about five days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation.
Prolonged or high stress can cause a delay in the start of a period. Taking a home pregnancy test and seeing the result may put your mind at ease.

I wish there was something, but there isn't. You simply must wait. Try soaking in a tub filled with warm water. This will not cause your period to start, but may help with the lower back cramps.

Hi. I am 21 and I got intimate with my boyfriend on 20th August 2016. We did not have sex but rubbed our genitals against each other naked. After a while he fingered me. He did not come until later, in a tissue. I was worried about getting pregnant by fingering since there could have been pre-cm. I am a week late for my periods. The home pregnancy test done on 30th September came negative. I am really concerned about my chances of being pregnant. Please help!

From what you have shared, I don't see how he could have had pre ejaculate fluid on his finger when he fingered you. I do not see any risk for pregnancy here.
