okay so a couple of weeks ago my girlfriend and i were making out and all of that good stuff and one thing led to another and them we were laying on my bed with all of our clothes off. next thing i knew she gets on top of me and starts to grind her vagina on my penis. I dont know if there was precm because i didn't bother to look and not once did it penetrate. this was on mothers day so before she came over i showered and cleaned myself but i dont remember if i jerked off earlier that day or not and if i urinated to flush my penis out. so, could she be pregnant?

There would have been a risk for pregnancy only if you had unprotected intercourse, that is penetration with ejaculation, and if this happened five days before she was due to ovulate or on the day she did ovulate.
Pre ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. If you had a recent ejaculation, sperm can remain in your urethra, which is the tube urine and semen pass through. Once you urinate, sperm is flushed out.
