Can a woman be still pregnant after two normal periods?

My friend had sex with her bf on September 18. Bt he didn't came inside her. He cummed on the bedsheet. After half n hour he inserted his finger inside her. They are not sure that sperm was there on his hand. As by previous month she was supposed to get her period on sept 25th. Fortunately her period came on 24 and in the following month October she got her second period on oct 22nd. Both of there periods were two normal period. Its lasted for almost 6days ( both). Bt unfortunately her period is delayed in November. Is there any chance of pregnancy? Kindly inform me.
