Female fluids can assist in pregnancy by making it easier for the penis to enter the vagina and also help to transport sperm up to the cervix. However, this is only for penetrative, unprotected sex. A woman cannot get pregnant while wearing clothes and making out with a male who is also clothed. Wearing pajamas means you were both clothed. Even if he ejaculated all over himself, sperm cannot penetrate his clothes and your clothes to find your vagina and cause pregnancy. It's just not scientifically possible.
