Hi there I just had a baby 12 weeks ago and for the first time me and my partner got close I had on my pants and my partner had nothing on I have just finished a period and he came on my pants could I get pregnant ?

No. There was no risk of becoming pregnant because you were wearing both underwear and pants.
Have you had a period since delivering your baby? If not, your hormones have not yet returned to normal as before you became pregnant, and you may not have even ovulated yet. Again, no risk for becoming pregnant. However, it is a good idea that your partner wear a condom each and every time you engage in sexual activity.

Thanks ever so much Maryann this is my second period since giving birth I just got worried that's all he did cum directly onto my pants which I had my under wear on plus a sanitary towel thank you for my reply
