So i recently had (protected) sex. But I am not realllllyy concerned about that part, im more concerned about a few days before where my boyfriend was grinding on me in bed (my pants were slightly pulled down, exposing the upper half of my underwear) things got a little steamy and he came on the upper part of my under wear and little on my lower back. Me being my paranoid teenage self, (and also may i say, very inexperienced) I am very concerned i may be pregnant, talk about jumping to conclusion right, I know it sounds ridiculous but im not sure if his cM went even a little bit into my vagina somehow. I dont remember when last period was for sure but I know it was either Dec 31st or Jan 1st. I have been a tad grumpy lately, as I am when my period is nearing. Someone give me some reassurance cause i have gone into full panic mode and its all i could think about for the past few days. I also have been getting some cramps in my lower stomach also as i do when my period is almost here but it might be because i drank a whole cup of coffee within 10 minutes not to long ago.

Clothing acts as a barrier preventing penetration and ejaculate from going inside you. Ejaculate can wet clothing but it can't penetrate it to find it's way inside you.
Try to relax. Your period will come.
