Condom used without breaking, negative pregnancy test late period

Hi. So I had protected sex with my boyfriend during my ovulation days with no leakage or anything. I traveled twice after that (not on different time zones) and have been sick for a while. Now my period is five days late without any PMS. I took the pregnancy test 3 days after my period was due and it came out negative. I had maybe a drop or two of brown discharge and feel very very light cramping on my belly but my period is not here. Do you think there is any reason to worry about being pregnant or is it just that my schedule was weird this month? Any ideas of what I can do?

Hello. Thank you for posting.

There is nothing to do. Your period will come when it's ready. Many things can cause period irregularity, stress, illness, a change in lifestyle, a change, weight loss or weight gain, among other things. Why do think you might be pregnant if the sex was protected and you had a negative pregnancy test?
