Is this considered safe sex to avoid pregnancy?

Hello!

This is my second month on the combined pill. I've been taking it since june 26, at 4 pm (almost on point every day, maximum at 5pm) and I have never skipped a pill.

Today, I was going to have sex with my boyfriend but he put the condom the wrong way so he had to take it out and put it correctly.

I am afraid that the condom had precm or cm from foreplay etc. even though I cleaned the tip of the condom with my shirt.

Am I still safe at avoiding pregnancy due to the fact I've been on the pill?
