In july my boyfriend and I had sex and to condom came of and was inside of me and when I pulled it out there was nothing inside of it so that means it went inside of me. I had literally just started birth control. When this happened I had only taken the pill twice. Like two weeks after this happened I had nausea, lower back pains and a little but of cramping in my lower abdomin. A couple days after we had the accident I had spotting then when I was supposed to get my period in August it only lasted a day and a half but it didn't last last all day and it was light pink and before I started spotting I had brownish discharge it took a pregnancy test and it was negitive but I read that you can get false negitives if it is too early. If I was pregnant id be 5 weeks along. I just want to know but I don't have a way to get to a doctor.

Hi Anon,
July 20th was quite a long time ago and to be experiencing these symptoms. Have you taken another pregnancy test? It should be accurate as enough time has passed.

There's definitely a chance that you could be pregnant if semen got inside of you and you were ovulating on or near this time. As with the pill, it usually takes a full cycle to be effective, even then doctors suggest a back up form of birth birthcontrol.
It sounds like it could be implantation bleeding with some cramping. Implantation bleeding is very light (you wouldn't need a tampon) and lasts only a day or two. It usually looks light pink or light brown.
So, you haven't had a full period since July? Can you tell me the last day of your full period and what your cycle length is?
You could have taken the pregnancy test too early. You can try taking one again in a few days.

The last day of my last full period was July 20th and my period usually lasts 5 to 6 days and there is 26 to 28 days between my periods
