June 10 period, No bleeding until August 23 with severe ovary & back pain. All preg symptoms but neg urine neg ultrasound on August 26 only cyst on ovary Drs telling me I am not preg. I am going crazy. I think I am preg. If not I need to know what is going on

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community! Pregnancies worries can always be very stressful. However, if you started having your period again on August 23 and had a negative urine test and negative ultrasound, then it sounds like you are not pregnant. That is good you were able to visit a doctor as they can give you the most accurate assessment as to whether you are pregnant or not.
Sometimes periods can be delayed due to a variety of things such as stress, working out more often, sickness and birth control like the pill. If you are having unprotected sex, it is important to begin using protection. That can help ease many pregnancy scares.
Since you have visited doctors and taken several tests that have come back negative, I don't think you are pregnant. It may be a good idea to talk to your doctor about the ovary and back pain to see what is causing that though.
