Could I be pregnant?

Hi. I'm 17 years old and I had protected sex on December and January. I began to urinate a lot at the end of January (I didn't have my period this whole month) and on February I began to spot. It is now march and the pain on my left nipple hasn't gone away. I have had nausea. I am worried if I am pregnant because I have never spotted before and my left nipple has never hurt, but then again I think about it and I don't think I am because I had protected sex.
