Q:

Could I be pregnant?

Yesterday my boyfriend ejaculated on my lower stomach, and a small amount went in my pubic hair (near my stomach, not near my vulva). We cleaned this with tissues immediately. He also had some semen on his hands, which he went and washed immediately with cold tap water for about 30 seconds, however he didn't dry his hands and then proceeded to finger me. I am not on any form of contraceptive and my period ended 2/3 days ago and my cycle tends to last approximately 30-35 days. I am just wondering if there is a possibility of me being pregnant? I'm worried as I have no way of finding out for quite a while due to just having my period.

Thank you so much for your help.

Hello, Anon.

Thank you for posting.

If he washed his hands and you wiped off any ejaculate on you, there is no risk. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening.

Thank you so much for your reply Helena. Is there still no chance even though he fingered me after rinsing his hands?

Hi,

I have answered your question. I have no way of knowing how well your boyfriend cleaned his hands. You'll have to ask him.
