Could I Be Pregnant?

Some background, I have intense anxiety and panic issues, both of which have caused late and missed periods before. My last period was Sept 2nd and ended on the 6th. I also have intense pains and such regarding ovulation, and I cannot have penetrative vaginal sex because it is painful, and have not participated in it whatsoever.
Scenario, I was fooling around with my partner, took Next Choice within the time frame to stop myself from worrying, although there was no penetration and he did not ejaculate. Five days later, I felt I was able to ‘fool around again’ I.e. manual and oral sex, and so we did. I told him not to touch me if he touched himself until his hands were dry just to be safe, and after waiting around under a minute (his hands are naturally very, very dry and there was no moisture at all that we could tell), he had rubbed his hand on my leg and on the sheets then touched my clitoris just for a moment before I told him to stop. He did, and there was no contact further than that, however I am very worried about pre ejaculate causing a pregnancy, although it was so minute and he did not penetrate me with his fingers at all. The breakthrough bleeding from the previous incident’s Next Choice occurred three days after this, as did my ovulation, and it was 12 days into my cycle of an irregular, but around 33 day cycle. Is there any way I could be pregnant from this? I hope I could provide as much information as possible, even in my anxiety and panic induced state haha. Thank you.

Hello mcarina

Thank you for writing.

Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time. A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.

You need to have your anxiety treated - the issue is not pregnancy, it's your anxiety. When you get this treated you can live a normal life without all these stressors. Sex should be enjoyed, and should not be a cause of panic. Please be proactive and seek help.
Best,
Susan

Thank you so much for such a quick reply, it’s so appreciated, and my anxiety is getting in the way of quite a bit, just this scenario alone, even if it is impossible, as so many sources have said, has left me completely sore, and my period is delayed, from the stress I hope haha. Thank you for at least giving me some peace of mind.
