Could I be pregnant? Why am I bleeding like I have my period but have no cramping?

Hello! I am 17 years old, never had sexual intercourse (penetrated by a penis). I started getting my period when I was 11 years old. I have always had cramps-- bad cramps. I began taking ortho-cyclen when I was about 14-15 years old because of the cramping I experienced. I still had cramps when taking the pills, but in all honesty never took them the way I should until these last two months, where I have put more effort into taking them correctly. Last month, I had a heavy period (like normal, with clotting).

Okay.. So my boyfriend and I have been sexually active for the past 3-5 months but we never had actual intercourse. Here's basically what we have done-- We dry humped before, but never naked.. I have given him BJ's and HJ's before. I have been paranoid every time because when he ejaculates on my hands and his hands, I feel like it will some how find its' way to my vagina. I am sure that he has never ejaculated and then touched my right after. His hands have either always been wiped off with a piece of clothing or washed (and same with mine.) But I am scared that I might have touched me with the same hand he touched himself (but I know for sure he never ejaculated and then touched me right away.) Two nights ago, we got a bit aggressive. He fingered me pretty deep (but this was not the first time by any means) and it was a bit rough. I went to the bathroom afterwards and when I peed, there was a brownish tint on the toilet paper. I went home that night and when I wiped there was a pinkish-orangish color on the toilet paper. Then, that next morning I had a dark red blood in my panty liner, and then it gradually got to a bright red, steadily bleeding all day but I didn't have a single cramp. I was scared and started panicking. I looked it up online and it said it could be implantation bleeding- so I automatically thought: I'm pregnant. Today, I am still bleeding with a medium flow. There's not a lot of clotting- but some. I'm just super worried. Could I be pregnant? Why am I not cramping? If it were because of the pills, I have been taking them for at least 2 years and never experienced this. Please help. Thank you.
