could i possibly be pregnant if my period is two days late?

My period is two days late. It always comes on time. I have been experiencing some really bad cramping and some abdominal pain. I have also been seeing white discharge in my underwear. Today when I went to the restroom room I wiped and noticed alittle spotting on the tissue. My doctor gave me a pregnancy test today and it came back negative. Could I be pregnant? And could it be to early to test?

Last night I experienced brown discharge. Then alittle after I experienced alittle blood it's been on and off. I'm having period like cramps. Could this be my period or is it implantation bleeding?
