Two nights ago me and bf were dry humping and he had on boxers and sweatpants on and hand on just jogger sweatpants that are on the thinner side.. I dont Know if he had ejucalted or not. If he did fully ejucalted do I need to be worried? I have BEEN on the birth control implant for7 months. Do I need to be worried or not?

There is zero possibility of pregnancy. Even if you had real sex with ejaculation, you won't get pregnant since you are on birth control. You didn't have sex, you just bumped around together with clothes on - nobody can get pregnant from that.
