Does your body act differently after losing your virginity?

I lost my virginity to a very good friend of mine about 2 days ago while I was on my period. The sex was very painful at first, but then it got better. My friend managed to pull out before you-know-what happens. We both then checked the condom andit didn't break. We even did that water test thing and no water came out through the condom. I am still on my period and right now I'm experiencing some minor cramps and my breasts feel a bit sore. Why is that?

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Your answer is very simple, you are on your period and experiencing sore breasts and cramping which is all cycle related. These are VERY common symptoms and once your period ends, they too shall subside.

I hope this helps.
