hi, well round about june 4th me and my ex were making out and suddenly i just felt some pressing against me and he started to dry hump (This happened standing up) I did feel really uncomfortable but i did not tell him to stop it because he does have temper issues + to an extent i was afraid. I decided to break up with him because i do not want do indulge in such activities as i don't feel comfortable. I came across a website which said that there is also a risk of pregnancy through outercourse and initially i thought the only way a woman can get pregnant was through actual sexual intercourse BUT i've read some accounts where women had said they had gotten pregnant through dry humping. I wore leggings and a maxi type dress (no underwear) and him in his trousers. I'm concerned because even though there was no penetration i was wet and so were my leggings and i do not if anything passed through his clothing + mine and mixed in with my fluids and entered my vagina? Because i was not wearing underwear at the time i feel like my vaginal area was exposed. Plus, i do not know whether i was ovulating at the time because i do not chart my cycles as i am irregular and i'm not usually sexually active. I've taken countless HPT's (all negative so far), a private ultra sound which she could not see anything + also a private blood test on 6th August with beta HCG levels of 0.5mlU. I was told this is a negative but i'm slightly concerned because shouldn't my levels be at 0 if i wasn't pregnant?? My AF is usually irregular and i was prescribed with Microgynon 30 to make my cycle more regular. Wasnt a regular on the pill. For the first 2 months i took the pill for 7 days then took a gap because i believe it made me unwell. After a gap of a day or 2 from the pill i did start to bleed but i am not sure if was withdrawal bleeding. I did not take the pill this month due to this and did start to bleed again. Again, i am unsure if it is my period or something to do with pregnancy. I read that sometimes women get vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. I keep needing to urinate and i was told i have an infection and have been through 2 separate sets of antibiotics, my breasts sometimes feel bruised and i also discovered a line from my belly button going down (no line above), don't really have an appetite, cramping, My lower back (right) feels inflamed at times and hurts. I do not know whether i'm creating these symptoms in my head or if i'm pregnant. I've also read up on cryptic pregnancies and because i have no been taking the pills properly i'm scared that i may have a hormonal imbalance and could be going through this. I really need an experts input. Thank-you! :)

Hello emily12345888,
You need to trust the facts. You have taken "countless" pregnancy tests. Plus you had a ultrasound and HCG blood test; all of which were negative.
Semen cannot travel through clothes. The ejaculation during penetration is so important because the sperm must be sent in the right direction (so to speak.) Then, just maybe, one of the millions of sperm will fertilize an egg.
Cryptic pregnancies happen when women do not have a regular period or have very light periods. So missing a few periods or only having spotting is not unusual. However these women usually find out after 4 or 5 months because the physical changes compel them to see a doctor.
In your case, there is no reason for you to believe you are pregnant. There are other causes to explain your symptoms.
First of all, having an irregular period does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. You originally had irregular periods, then starting and then stopping birth control will cause even more irregularities. Antibiotics will also give you side effects which could be causing your other symptoms.
