Hi all,
I've been reading about dry humping and think it is a safe form of intimacy with a partner.
I had been dry humping with my partner, me in underwear and a pair of shorts and him in his underwear and jeans. It felt great whilst it lasted but after that, I started panicking, because I thought that it could go through.
Three weeks ago, I stopped taking the BCP because I felt like my body had enough and after the dry humping session with my partner, I panicked and bought an ECP. Now I'm just really wondering when my period will come back...
I hope there is no risk.

Dry humping does not put you at risk for pregnancy. If you are concerned about yout menstrual cycle becoming regular again, it might take a while. Your system will need time to adjust from you not taking the birth control pills and also from taking the emergency contraceptive pill. Both have high doses of hormones in them.
