Q:

Is dry sex with just underwear safe (as in not resulting in pregnancy)?

My partner and I engage in dry sex (with just underwear) often. While there is never any genital-to-genital contact, our underpants do become quite wet with lubricating fluid. Could this result in pregnancy?

Hi, Anon.

Thanks for your question.

As you point out, there is no genital to genital contact. Your clothing may get wet, but it prevents penetration with ejaculation inside you.
