Hello, I used femilon tablets for 21 days after my 5th day of period and got my next period 2 days after completing 21 tablets, now the problem is today i spotted brown (that means 7 days after my period) 18 days early. I am not pregnant and that is for sure.

Femilon is an oral contraceptive. There are 21 active pills in each pack.
You should have withdrawal bleeding during the seven day period of inactive pills.
Did you recently start this birth control?
Some women will have irregular bleeding or spotting when they first start using oral contraceptive pills.
