Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I'm sorry that your are experiencing this nausea and I'd love to give you some helpful advise on the matter.

In these cases, process of elimination is best.  First of all, it is important to note that sex takes a lot of energy and is a very dehydrating.  When the body gets dehydrated you feel nauseous.  So, the first thing you need to do is drink a lot of water before intercourse and follow up at the end by hydrating even more.

Secondly, a some tonic of water with juiced ginger is great for nausea.  Ginger has strong properties that eliminate even the most extreme nausea.  So, if you wish, add some ginger to your water as you hydrate.

If neither of these methods work, I suggest that you see your doctor because something more serious could be going on.  But start with the simple solutions first.

Good luck and let us know if you have any more questions.
