I was fooling with my guy. He did not penetrate nor even touched my vagina or near space with his penis. But then he released on my thigh and upper vulva near thigh. After i washed everything with soap and water. But now i am concerned if i can get pregnant. I read a lot of info in internet that sometimes its possible for sperm to get inside and fertilize egg. I am superanxious. I dont feel anything special and waiting for my next period in 6 days. When i was with him it was 7 day before period. Please help me

Not everything you read on the internet is true. A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex (intercourse) with ejaculation that enters the vagina. The highest chance for this is during ovulation. It's unlikely you would be pregnant from the scenario you describe. There has to be a way for the ejaculate to enter you. What you did carries some risk as accidents can easily happen. For the future, have your partner wear a condom for any genital to genital contact. It's safer and less stressful for you.
