My boyfriend I were making out and dry humping both with pants and underwear on but he hand his hand rubbing the outside of my underwear when he released precum and immediately went to wash his hands before he touched me again. is there any chance of pregnancy from that?

Welcome to EmpowHER. The answer is no, you cannot get pregnant from dry humping. Sperm cannot swim through clothes and you cannot get pregnant if he touched you after. Hope this was helpful?
