Hi there,
So last week I posted a question about possible implantation bleeding. I noticed the slightest tiniest bit of blood when I wiped last week. This was around 13 days after having intercourse. I'm on a combined hormonal bc pill and haven't missed any doses. Exactly a week after I saw this bleeding (say it was IB) I had a qualitative blood pregnancy test done that came back negative. The lab tech told me they test at 20 mIu/L, which she said is sensitive enough to result in a positive test 3 days before a period. Does this mean I'm pretty much in the clear and I didn't actually experience IB but probably just weird pill spotting? I'm anxious and I think I'm overthinking the science of all of this.

Thanks for responding, Susan! I appreciate the reassurance. I think I am so hung up on that stupid spotting I had last week and can't seem to get it out of my head that it is implantation bleeding. It's at the root of my anxiety at this point. I guess I just need to let it go and chalk it up to being on the pill!
