Hello! My bf and I never had sex. But we did sexual activities like dry humping with clothes on, hj and bj. There was no penetration that occured but I'm 4 days late and I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is pms or pregnancy symptoms. What should I do?

You can't get pregnant from these kinds of sexual activities. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside her vagina or (rarely) on the opening. Your period will come along in due time.
