I had drunk sex on Jan 16th found a condom in the bed but not sure how long it was on or if guy #1 came in me, two weeks later came on period (lasted 7 days). Had sober sex with another person on Feb 11th I know guy #2 did come in me and I did not take a Plan B. Found out I was pregnant the next month. Would guy #2 be the father?

Even if #1 didn't use a condom, your period after confirms you did not become pregnant from this encounter. Pregnant women do not get menstrual bleeding although they can bleed in pregnancy.
A menstrual period happens when a pregnancy does not occur that month and the lining of the uterus, that would otherwise house a baby, breaks down in the form of blood and tissue. A baby could not survive this so a woman is not pregnant when it happens.
So #2 is the father. As we tell all our readers, a DNA test should be taken if there are additional questions.
