His p was rubbing against my v. I was wearing a THIN, cotton underwear while he was naked. He ejaculated and we continued to rub for another 10 minutes. When he ejaculated on my underwear could the rubbing have pushed the sperm on the inside of my underwear and then into my vagina? or could my underwear have moved to the side and then semen got in the vaginal opening?

Ejaculate can wet the underwear, but sperm can't penetrate through to get inside you. A woman cannot get pregnant unless she has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside (or rarely, on the opening of) her vagina. As to whether your underwear was moved to the side, only you can answer that. You need to be aware of what is going on during sex play. Consider using a condom from now on, it's safer.
