ad unprotected sex and I took a tablet of postinor10 hoping to use the second one within 12 hours but I had another unprotected sex again and took another tablet of postinor10.. am I safe or should I use another table

Hello.
What do you mean by Postinor 10? There is 1 pill in the single dose pack. You have to take the pill within 72 hours of having unprotected sex.
For the 2 tablets version of Postinor: take the second tablet 12 hours after the first.
You should not take more than the recommended dose. Be sure to read the information that comes with the pills so you know what to expect.

What if I took one postinor 2 pill after unprotected sex and took the other like 16 hr after ,did a test and it was positive is there any chance if I take it again I might be pregnant?

Taken as directed, Postinor 2 is 95% effective when taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex. Its effectiveness decreases to 58% if taken between 49 to 72 hours after the event. I would assume that taking only one dose would drop its effectiveness by close to 50%.
You could check with your pharmacist or physician. If you do not have vaginal bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, take a pregnancy test.

my gf took one tablet of postinor 2 an left the other.she had spotting 2 days after taking it.she tested herself DAT time n WS negative but uptill now she has not seen her period n she vomited yesterday pls help

Postinor 2 will not have been as effective because she did not take the second pill.
Changes i the menstrual cycle are a reported side effect. Her next period can be delayed for that reason. If she does not get her period or have any bleeding, beyond the spotting, within three weeks of taking the pill, she should test for pregnancy.
