Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Taking folic acid during pregnancy can reduce the risk of birth defects. However, it does not have any effect on fertility and the general ability to get pregnant.
I highly suggest you start tracking your ovulation days. Ovulation occurs 12-16 days after your period. If the egg is not fertilized during that 5 day span you will not become pregnant.
If you have already tried that, I suggest you see a gynecologist that specializes in fertility.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks about 3 infertility treatments.
