I am 21 year old .3 weeks ago me and partner were playing around private parts he even tried getting in but he couldnt may be because it was the 1st time.As per his statement he didn't ejaculate near my private parts.

But on 19th march on expected period date I bleed but very less for 3 days.is it normal ? Or was it implantation process? Or am i preganant? Please help.

If you didn't have intercourse with ejaculation inside you (you say he didn't) you would not be pregnant. Having a lighter or heavier period can occasionally happen. For future, insist on a condom during any genital touching so you won't worry. Accidents can easily happen.
