Hi All, I am Anamika Singh, I got engaged last month and its an arrange marriage. I have had 4 boy friends so far and I am sexually active since my school days at the age of 15. I have lost count of intercourse that i have done but i am sure since last 5 years i have done sex more that 500 times. My last boy friend complained a lot about my loose vagina and that he never feels the grip although he was a big guy but I always ignored. Since my engagement i started talking to my future husband and got to know that he is a virgin. He asked me if I was a virgin and I said yes. Now I am too afraid about it. My breasts are not as firm as they used to be, my vagina is a loose hole now and my husband is excited to know that he will be the one who takes my cherry. What to do..... please advise. Any help would be highly appreciated. Telling him the truth is not an option as he will call off the wedding.

1) I am doing the exercises suggested above and can feel little tightness but I dont think its enough. There is still very less grip in me. Please advise.

2) What about my loose and saggy breasts ? I hope my future husband wont find out the reason of my loose breasts but i want him to enjoy me and i want him to give the best in the world. Please suggest something for it too.

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
There are exercises you can do to tighten the vaginal walls. Remember that there are muscles surrounding the vagina, this is why it can stretch. What you need to do is strengthen them again.
Below I have pasted a link that lists different exercises you can do.

I hope that helps.
