Welcome to Empowher! Thanks for your question. If you had unprotected sex, you may be at risk of pregnancy. Are you experiencing additional symptoms? Pregnancy symptoms can include nausea, fatigue, breast tenderness and increased urination.
However, there are other reasons why your period may be late. Stress, illness, change in routine, excessive exercise, fluctuation in weight (gain or loss) and medication are other factors that can delay your menstrual cycle. Please visit your doctor. A blood test can often indicate pregnancy earlier than an at-home pregnancy test.
