There is nothing that you can do now to prevent pregnancy. An emergency contraceptive is effective in preventing pregnancy when taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.

Wait at least five more days, then take an early response pregnancy test. For the most accurate results, check the expiration date of the test, buy a name brand product, read and follow the directions carefully, and test as soon as you wake up in the morning, using the first urine of the day.

What you choose to do depends on the test result. Hopefully, it will be negative. In that case, please start using some type of birth control consistently to avoid an unwanted pregnancy.
