February 13, 2016 - 8:57pmIt could be a number for different things. I could be an ingrown hair. This can easily happen especially if you shave in that area. It could be a genital wart or sore, especially if it is itchy and red. It could also be a cyst of some kind.
The only way you will get an accurate diagnosis is if you see a doctor. I suggest you see a gynecologist first and they may point you to a dermatologist.
