I have an extra hole in my vagina which is probably my urethra but I and my husband have never seen it before. It looks like a lump with a hole in the centre. I looks like a big blackhead in the mirror. What can it be? It has put me off sex.

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
It could be a number for different things. I could be an ingrown hair. This can easily happen especially if you shave in that area. It could be a genital wart or sore, especially if it is itchy and red. It could also be a cyst of some kind.
The only way you will get an accurate diagnosis is if you see a doctor. I suggest you see a gynecologist first and they may point you to a dermatologist.
