I have frquent urination and slight cramping in my ovary area. I had unprotected sex with my bf a couple days ago and my period ended less than a week ago. would pregnancy symptoms happen this quickly?

About a year ago I found out I was pregnant when I was 4 months in and miscarried at 5. I had no idea; all I knew is that I was bleeding more frequently and had a consistent pain in my left ovary area so, now im just trying to be more aware.
